Question = Do I need to remove the entire stopper assembly from under my sink?

Answer = No, just separate the stopper drain plug from the arm assembly under the sink, and then reinstall the arm assembly nut back under the sink. FYI make sure your sink drain is more than 1.23 inches in diameter for the tub defender to fit.

Question = Will this allow you to plug up the tub to take a bath?

Answer = No, You will need to buy our upgraded Tub Defender 2-in-1 if you plan to also use your tub for baths.

I have long hair that sheds a lot in the shower, but I hate the hassle of trying to keep it from going down the drain when showering. Blends in with existing chrome drain, looks nice, doesn't stand out. Seems durable. Haven't had it long, if it lasts longer than the plastic/silicone alternatives it'll be worth every penny. It was nice that it comes with 3 sizes of ring/gaskets. I wonder if I'll ever have to replace one.
